We offer a 5 bussiness days return-exchange policy (upon receiving your order) if:

• the item received is not same as the picture, is the wrong item or color ,or if it's damaged in transit. The returned item must be unused and have all tags still attached.

•   Please email us before, stating the reason why you want to return it. Once the item is received, and the bag is new and unused, we will refund you the purchase amount without the shipping and handling fees.

• All returns must be post dated no longer than 5 days after receiving your bag. 

• We will instruct you where to return your bag(s). Do not return to sender, you must contact us before.

•   If you request return, please send us the item number, the reason you make a return and inform us of the tracking number after you have the items shipped out.
